We strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, and need to return an item, please contact customerservice@adppgiftbaskets.com within 3 business days of delivery (day package is received is day one) to receive a Return Authorization number. All refunds are issued as store credits to be used on your next purchase and all returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise instructed. All returns and exchanges are returned at your expense.

Gift Baskets – Due to the perishable nature of many items within gift baskets, we do not give refunds unless it is an extreme case. However we will do everything possible to correct the situation. If you choose to return it for a refund and you are approved for that refund, we will issue you a store credit valued at 50% of the original gift. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you are approved for a return, the following must be met:

1. Gift must be UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED.
2. Gift must be returned at your expense.
3. Once gift is received back in our facility, we will determine if the above requirements have been met. (No refund on any shipping costs).
4. Must include Return Authorization number with return.

Returns must be received by us within 30 days of original purchase. A shipping address will be provided to you together with the Return Authorization number.
