We ship to all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to US Armed Forces and Military Bases.

GT, GFS and BB orders received before 12pm (noon) weekdays are generally shipped the same business day unless otherwise specified. ACB orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
Address Requirements
ADPP Gift Baskets uses UPS as our preferred method of shipping*. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please provide full delivery address for all packages! Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! UPS will charge up to $15 for a redirect fee if a package is redirected due to an incorrect or incomplete address. ADPP Gift Baskets reserves the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs to be redirected, you will be charged for that added service.
Shipping Method
- All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS* or FedEx Ground.
UPS delivers your package within 2 - 5 business days. Please note that Ship Day, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays are not considered shipping or delivery days.
If, however, you would like to use one of the shipping methods listed below, please send an email to adppgiftbaskets@comcast.net for faster shipping rates.
- UPS 3-Day Select - Delivers in 3 business days. Day of shipping, Saturday, Sunday & all holidays do not count as shipping days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivers in 2 business days. Day of shipping, Saturday, Sunday & all holidays do not count as shipping days.
- UPS Next Day Air - Delivers your package the following business day. (Some areas are not covered by this service and we will not have that information until we actually print the label.) Day of shipping, Saturday, Sunday & all holidays do not count as shipping days..
With the volume that UPS delivers on any given day throughout the world, there are some packages that simply do not reach their destination within the timeframe expected. It is very unfortunate when this happens however, we cannot provide a financial guarantee on another company’s performance. We trust you will understand.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary by gift basket or item. You will be given the cost of shipping during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.
Package Tracking
You will be supplied your tracking number or delivery confirmation number so you have constant access to your package information.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
ADPP Gift Baskets is bound to the rules and regulations of the carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with ADPP Gift Baskets. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. ADPP Gift Baskets will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed.
ADPP Gift Baskets has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to ADPP Gift Baskets for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled with no fee up the time the actual order has been designed and processed. After 9:00 am Pacific Time, it is very difficult to find one box in a mass of boxes but we will do our very best to prevent the order from shipping. If we are unable to collect the box prior to shipping a Intercept Fee of $15 will be charged to have the box redirected back to our production facility.
Hospital & Hotel Deliveries
Deliveries to hospitals and hotels are NOT RECOMMENDED. Since their deliveries normally go to a general receiving department and then get routed to the recipient’s room, we do not guarantee these deliveries. Sorry, no refunds will be given should you decide to ship to these types of locations. Therefore if you place your order with a hospital or hotel delivery address, we will assume you have taken all this into account and will ship your order per your request. Instead of a hospital delivery, we highly recommend that you ship to either a nearby family member if possible or to the patient’s home address.
Substitution Policy
We make every effort to ensure that the gifts we offer are available as seen on our pages. In the event that demand has outstripped supply, ADPP Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute a particular product for another product of similar style and cost. In the event that a container has been depleted due to high demand we will substitute that container to one of similar size and cost. Chocolates will be substituted during the warmer months. Please see our Summer Shipping Policy for further details.
Summer Shipping Policy
From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value.
Damages Policy
ADPP Gift Baskets does not provide any additional insurance on any package at the time of shipping therefore we are held to the rules and guidelines set forth by the carrier.
All claims for damage must be received by us within 3 business days of delivery. The day the gift is delivered is considered day one. We will accept an email as notification of your claim of damage. ADPP Gift Baskets may elect to issue a call tag for this damaged shipment. If we are unsuccessful in obtaining the gift using this procedure no refund or credit will be issued. (Repackaging instructions will be provided to you.) Please be prepared to provide proof to the carrier and/or ADPP Gift Baskets of the damage that has occurred. The taking of photos and retaining all packaging materials should be available if the carrier requests proof of damage.
Either you or ADPP Gift Baskets can initiate a claim with the carrier. If the carrier pays the claim to us we will reimburse you up to the value of the product and original shipping. We are unable to issue you a credit until the claim has been paid to us. Normal waiting time is 4 – 6 weeks. The credit if any will be applied to the credit card on which the product was originally purchased.
ADPP Gift Baskets will not automatically send you a new product for replacement as it is not our policy. If you wish to reorder this gift it will be necessary to do that by placing your order online and issuing payment for the replacement gift at that time.
Hand-delivered Products:
Fruit baskets, and several wine and gourmet baskets are hand-delivered products. If ordered by 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone, the product can be delivered the same-day (unless it is a wine/fruit basket, which typically requires 24 hours notice). Wine delivery restrictions are based on zip code and are handled individually if restrictions hinder a specific order. Hand-delivered items will vary by season, availability, and delivery location but will always be filled to value. (Holiday cut-off times may change)
Alcohol Shipping Restrictions:
An adult signature is required for all deliveries containing alcohol. Some states restrict shipments containing alcohol. GiftTree evaluates destination restrictions and has identified the following 11 states that continuously accept out of state wine shipments: CA, CO, ID, IL, IA, MO, NE, NM, OR, WA & WI. A complete current list of restricted states is available for resellers.
